Full time Nanny- Burwood park (pending contracts)
A friendly family based in Walton on Thames is looking for a professional, but fun Nanny to join their family long-term.The family has two little boys aged 3 &4, and has recently welcomed a baby girl who is currently 4 weeks old.
Mum is currently a full-time stay-at-home mum but will begin to start to return to work part-time by the end of the year/ early next year.
The family are looking for a nanny who is happy to muck in and work alongside mum as a team, especially with the newborn but equally be confident and organised in looking after the boys with school/ pre-prep pick ups/ drop-offs as well as lots of extracurricular activities too!
They require a Nanny with at least a level 3 qualification within childcare/early years, but if a Nanny has years of experience without this they will also be happy to consider this. They want a reliable and pro-active Nanny, who is experienced with newborns until primary school age.This family are very welcoming to all Nannies, and really would like a Nanny to become part of the family, they do not see a Nanny as staff and really want to create a long-term working relationship.
Hours will be 50 hours per week, with slight flex on hours available- 8AM-6PM or 7AM-5PM. The salary for this role is up to £16 gross per hour.
Morning Nanny- Redhill
The family have a little girl who is 2 and are expecting a new arrival in September so are therefore looking for a Nanny to help in the morning times, to look after both the toddler & newborn (Mum will also be around on Mat leave)
The family would ideally be looking for a Nanny to arrive at the home at around 6.30/7 AM, get their eldest daughter dressed and ready for nursery, and give her breakfast. The Nanny will then walk her to nursery (around a 10-minute walk from their home), and then return to the family home to help with the newborn. Mum will be around, but will take the opportunity of the Nanny being there to catch up on general things around the house and catch up on some well-needed rest too!
The ideal Nanny would have a muck-in attitude and be able to hit the ground running. They must also be happy working as a tag team alongside Mum, but equally being confident in sole charge of both the toddler and newborn. Experience as a Nanny with a similar age group is essential, but the professional newborn experience is not a must. The family will also consider candidates who may have been nursery practitioners or childminders previously.
The role will be an initial 6-month contract, with the potential to extend if both Nanny and family are happy!The hours will be 6.30/7 AM- 10.30/11 AM but there could also be flex on this, likewise ideally the Nanny could work Mon-Fri, but if not then they will also consider 3-4 mornings per week. (Around 20 hours PW)
TTO After school nanny- cheam (sm1)
The family has a daughter, who will be going into reception in September. They will therefore be looking for a Nanny to do the school pick up at 3.30 PM, and look after her until 6.30 PM when the parents will then be finishing work. There may be days when their daughter attends after-school clubs, so pick-up will be slightly later. The little girl will be 5 in September, and the Nanny will be responsible for helping with homework, cooking a healthy and nutritious dinner as well as fun age-related play and activities within the home.
They are open to the level of experience the Nanny has, and will happily consider candidates from a nursery, au pair & pre-school background. This role could also work well for a local teaching assistant too!
The role will be a minimum of 12 per week, but depending on extracurricular activities could also be 15 hours PW. This role is term time only, but some flexibility to work some days/ hours in the holiday would be a bonus but not essential.
A driver is essential, to get to the family home from school pick up.The role is based in Cheam (SM2) but there is potential for the family to move to Kingswood in the future. The role is to start in August for settling in, with permanent hours commencing from the first week of September.
Salary of £13-£15 Gross PHR.Paediatric first aid, clean enhanced DBS, and 2 childcare references that can be verified are essential.
Shared Care twin Nanny- Guildford (Shamley green)
A busy family based in Guildford is looking for a Nanny to join their family on a 6-month contract as of the end of July/ beginning of August. The twins are currently 5 weeks old, and they currently have a maternity nurse in place until the end of July. (the twins will be 10/11 weeks when the Nanny starts)
They will be looking for a shared care Nanny/mother's help to assist Mum with all aspects of care for the twins. This will include feeding, settling them for nap times, changing nappies, as well as accompanying Mum on walks & further down the line to baby groups locally. It is key for this role that the Nanny is happy working alongside Mum, and taking her lead when it comes to the twin's routine.
The hours will be around 30 per week, but there is flexibility on this for the right candidate. The family is open to which hours during the day the Nanny would like to work, but they would need the after-school, dinner, bed, bath time routine covered. So potential hours could be 12-7 PM Mon-Fri, or if the Nanny prefers to do 4 days per week longer days 9-7 that would also be an option. Hours are certainly up for discussion!
Within the family, there are also two older children who are 8 & 9 years old, so there may be times when the Nanny will also assist with their care such as meal times, homework etc..
The ideal person for this role would be someone happy to muck- in with all aspects of care within the home and work with Mum as a team. The Nanny must be warm, pro-active, and kind, as well as calm and confident with newborns & their needs.
Salary is up to £16 Gross PHR. A driver is not needed for the role, as there are good public transport links locally via train & bus. Enhanced clean DBS, paediatric first aid as well as 2 glowing Nanny references are essential, a qualification in Maternity nursing would also be a bonus.
Experienced Twin Nanny- chobham
The family has twins aged 9 months old, a baby boy & a baby girl, they are looking for a Nanny to become part of their family and help with all aspects of care for the twins, through all of the developmental stages. The little boy has a medical condition, which is controlled with medication daily. The Nanny will not have to have any specialist training but will have to be organised and aware of the schedule of administering the medication throughout the day. Due to their son's medical condition, this has in the past resulted in Seizures so someone who can stay calm in this situation is essential (this is very rare). The little boy also has varying dietary requirements to this sister.
This role is a long-term role, and stability and commitment is key.
The core hours for this role will be 7.30AM-5.30 PM, Monday- Friday but it is a must that the Nanny has a degree of flexibility if either parent is stuck at work, etc.. but the family hugely believes in being fair, and give and take.

Full-time Nanny- Chipstead (pending contracts)
The family are looking for a full-time Nanny to join them on a long-term, permanent basis. They have a son aged 3.5 years old & a daughter who is 15 months, they will also be welcoming baby number three at the end of the year.
Their son attends Pre-prep 5 mornings & 2 afternoons a week, so the majority of the childcare will be focused on his little sister. The Nanny must be organised in creating a weekly diary of fun activities & groups locally to keep her stimulated and aid in her development. The family currently attends lots of toddler groups such as Monkey music, rhyme time, baby sensory, etc... so the Nanny will be expected to continue this schedule. The family is also keen for the Nanny to prepare lots of activities within the home such as arts & crafts, baking, messy play etc...
The family are looking for a Nanny who is confident with sole charge, but equally when the new baby arrives Mum will be around so the Nanny must be comfortable working as a team alongside Mum (shared care)
The family runs a business, from an outbuilding at the back of the house so although the parents are around they will be busy working.The role will be 7.30AM-6PM, Monday to Friday (52.5 hours PW)The role is to start in July (but can also be August if needed)Salary of £13.50-£15 Gross PHR, dependent on experience and qualifications.
